This 16 page booklet was produced by local photographer Frank Adams. Frank Adams was a staff photographer for the Attleboro Sun newspaper and also did freelance photography for local businesses. In the very grainy early home movie of the Tilda B Stone playground, Frank can be seen arriving . The image below is from that film. I apologize for the quality but it was shot on 8mm film with a modest camera and it was over 50 years old when it was digitized.
My mother remembered Frank as being very well known around Attleboro as he was present at nearly every event worth attending. Oddly one of the things she remembered 60 years later (being almost 90 years old) was that he had a nickname of “Feet”. Apparently he wore very large shoes. Funny the things that stick in your mind for a lifetime.
